This Return and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning and requesting replacements for damaged parts.
Returns and Replacements: If you receive a furniture item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement for the damaged part. We understand that accidents can happen during transit or assembly, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products.

Kindly provide the order details, including the product name, order number, and a clear description or image of the damaged part. Our team will assess your request and guide you through the process.
Please note that the warranty period for damaged parts is 48 hours from the date of delivery. Within this time frame, we will provide the replacement part free of charge. However, any damages reported after the warranty period will not be eligible for free replacements. Replacement part will be shipped within 7 days.
Refunds: At Openwood, we do not offer refunds for our products. Since we manufacture furniture items based on customer demand, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damaged or defective parts covered under the warranty. We encourage you to carefully review your order before making a purchase decision to ensure that the selected products meet your requirements.
